Montgomery County Northstar is a state of the art traffic management system. The Northstar Traffic Management Center is located at the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Commissioners office located at 1130 Pruitt Rd in southern Montgomery County. At this center traffic specialist monitor roadways utilizing 250 cameras from around the county.
