With the completion of the bridge and the extension of a turn lane at Woodlands Parkway – Kuykendahl, it was time for a complete overhaul of signal timing along Woodlands Parkway. Commissioner James Noack hired an external engineering service to assist the Signs & Signals department with signal retiming. The videos were recorded before and after the re-time, with previous times in the pink parenthesis and the new times in the green parentheses.
