6/24/15 – at approximately 12pm, a dump truck damaged the signal at Riley Fuzzel and Fox Run. Signal maintenance crews from Montgomery County Precinct 3, The Texas Department of Public Safety, Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constables Office, South Montgomery County Fire Department, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office all responded to the incident. Due to the extensive damage, the signal had to be temporarily removed for safety concerns. Currently, this road is under the supervision of the Texas Department of Transportation and we are working closely together for a solution.
Update 7/13/15 – TxDot has taken control of the intersection. We have been notified that they are planning on installing a new signal at this location.
